Takes 60 seconds · Three numbers

Is your paid media
measurement actually working?

Platforms over-count conversions. Attribution windows clash. Three numbers reveal how much of your budget is optimised against data you can actually trust.

Three numbers from the last 30 days
Pull these from your dashboards. Ballpark figures are fine — this is a directional health check.
GA4 → Reports → Acquisition → Traffic acquisition.
Filter Session medium to: cpc, paid-social, paidsocial, ppc. Use the Conversions column.
Sum conversion counts from all your ad platforms — Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager + any others. Don't deduplicate; that's exactly the point.

Combined spend across all paid channels. Used to estimate budget optimised against ghost conversions. Skip if you'd rather not share.
Please enter your GA4 and platform conversion numbers.

Calculating…

How are these numbers calculated?
Score (0–100) lookup table on overlap ratio
Mapped directly from the overlap ratio — not a formula, a fixed scale. Ratio below 1.05 → 96; above 3.0 → 6. Small context adjustments: −3 if Display/Remarketing selected with ratio above 1.5; −2 if Performance Max selected with ratio above 1.3.
Overlap ratio platforms ÷ GA4
A ratio of 1.0 means perfect agreement. 1.6× means platforms claim 60% more conversions than GA4 tracked from the same paid traffic.
% unverified (platforms − GA4) ÷ platforms
The share of platform-reported conversions with no matching event in GA4 — claimed by bidding algorithms, invisible to your own analytics.
Spend at risk % unverified × monthly spend
Budget optimised against unverified signals, proportionally. In practice some campaigns may be fully ghost-driven while others are clean — without a unified view you can't tell which is which.
True vs reported CPA spend ÷ GA4 vs spend ÷ platforms
Two CPAs from the same spend, divided by different conversion counts. The gap between them directly affects which campaigns you'd scale or cut.
Findings conditional on ratio + channels
Each finding has a threshold trigger. Ratio findings show if the numbers cross thresholds. Channel-specific findings (PMax, Meta, Display) show only if you ticked those channels. Up to 5 shown.
