The Challenge

 

For many E-Commerce Managers it is very hard to get accurate, precise and timely data – especially when dealing with large

number of E-Shops at the same time. On top of that Google Analytics is just not enough. Among other things GA is lacking

comprehensive data, impossibility to see what happened before the last click, what happened after the purchase, order status,

cost of individual channels, more E-Shops in one report at a time.. all that leaving managers ending up with wrong numbers.

 

And wrong numbers lead to failure. Failure to make right decisions and optimize marketing performance.

Further on, Tomas and his team felt like budget decisions were made solely on gut feelings and there was a reactive management

of people which brought slow evaluation process of people and their competences. Quarterly meetings for evaluation were not fast.

 

​Decision on budgets and people needed to be made as well as repeated overall evaluation of whether the goals are being met.

This needed to be done faster much faster.

margin and marketing profit over all E-Shops. Recognizing deviations from trends or “normal” was able using “Record Event”

option which shows the date range when the exact event happened.
